GourdSupplies.com offers a wonderful variety of supplies, tools and accessories for crafters and gourd artists.
I have been growing some gourds and from time to time will have extra gourds that I make available to my customers. As they dry and are ready to ship I will add them to the site. Since gourd growing is not my primary business I don't have many to offer but I will post photos when I can. The gourds from my garden are not cleaned.
From time to time I buy gourds for classes and have some left over so I will also add these to the site when they become available. Usually these I have cleaned and they are ready to use.
NOTICE: I do NOT be shipping gourds while out of town (outside of New Mexico). If your order is received during this time it will be processed when I return. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you are interested in any of the gourds on this site please contact me to see if I am able to ship. If you are looking for a specific type/size gourd please contact me. Occasionally I am willing to part with some that I have set aside for personal use. Just use my contact form to get in touch with me regarding these gourds.

BOTTLE GOURDS - CLEANED These are gourds I ordered and cleaned for classes but due to surgery had to cancel. Bottle gourds are best described as hour glass shaped. There are several different varieties of bottles and each is shaped somewhat different. Some have short necks on top, others have a long slender neck, while others are flat on top. On some varieties the top and bottom bulbs are about the same size, while others have a smaller top bulb. BUFFALO/COYOTE GOURDS - NOT CLEANED Average size 2" - 3 1/2" These gourds are native to the southwest and grow in the wild. It's often a challenge to find them and in most cases the gourds have very thin skins making them very fragile but we have been fortunate to find a wonderful source with thicker skins and many are larger that average. The coyote gourds make wonderful rattles and ornaments. Generally coyote gourds are thin skinned but the ones we have now discovered have thicker shells than most coyote gourds I've found in the past. When dried they are usually tan and do not need much cleaning to be craft ready. Coyote gourds AKA Buffalo Gourds are widely used in the southwest by native americans to make rattles.
