  • If you need to talk to me on the phone you can reach at 505-506-3558 during business hours listed above. If I am tied up you can leave a short detailed message & I will try to get back to you as time permits....the contact page is really the fastest way to reach me.
  • Please keep in mind that I am one person running the business & sometimes I get pretty busy & can't talk on the phone so if I don't answer PLEASE LEAVE A SHORT MESSAGE ABOUT HOW I CAN HELP YOU. I will call you back as soon as I am free to talk. If it is not something urgent using the contact form will usually get you a quicker response because I am online throughout the day processing orders.
  • Please note the business hours listed above & any office closure notices listed on the top left side of the page above the menu & other notices.
  • IMPORTANT HOLIDAY NOTICE: During the months of November & December things get extremely busy & I can only do so many things at one time.
  • Please understand if I don't answer the phone it means I'm already on the phone or trying to get orders processed & ready for the cut off for the FedEx/USPS pick up time.
  • It is best to use the contact form & tell me know how I can help you & be sure to provide your phone number & email address. I will either respond by email or call when I have time to talk.
  • If you do call & I can't answer the phone please leave a short detailed message with specifics on how I can help you rather than calling back. I can usually sneak in an email response while I'm processing orders & shipping labels but it's not always easy to answer a phone or return phone calls.
  • I hope you will understand that I try very hard to get orders out quickly all the time but during the holidays the only way I can get holiday orders out in a timely manner is to focus on that so they are ready to go by the cut off for the FedEx/USPS pick up time each day.

Phone Orders

Because of the high cost of processing unsecured (un-swiped credit card sales) to small business owners I no longer take credit cards over the phone. For the fastest service I suggest you order directly online. Ordering is secure, confidential & I do not receive your credit card info. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this is the only way I can maintain my discounted prices.

Where to send mail order forms or packages

Please use the contact form below or call me for the proper address to ensure it arrives in a timely manner.

  • MAIL ORDER FORMS: If you are going to send a mail order form or a package to me please use the contact form below before mailing it to alert me that it's on the way.
  • PACKAGES: If you are sending a package please contact me BEFORE shipping to get the proper address to ensure it arrives in a timely manner. It is also important to provide me with tracking information on all packages that you ship so I will know when to expect it.

So.... to avoid long delays in getting your order or refund for a return it is best to contact me before sending something my way so I can check on it's status.
