Mail Orders While We Are Traveling

Please note that if I intend to be out of town and will not be able to receive or process mail order forms I will post a notice on the top of the menu (left side) of the website.  Normally if I am traveling to a show I am able to ship but will not be able to receive mail.

During these times it would be best to order directly online. If you need to contact me about ordering please use the contact page.

If I am traveling I will not receive mail orders until I return and your order will be processed then. If we are going to be gone longer than two weeks and you wish to order by mail contact me and I will try to make arrangements with you where you can send the order form.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this might cause but please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Mail Orders During the Winter

NOTE: We are in Arizona most of the winter

Our mailing & shipping address from December 10 - March 1 (last day to mail to ensure we get it before heading home). Our mail is forwarded to us but to avoid delays please use our Arizona address during these dates to ensure we receive it in a timely manner. Our mail is forwarded but it will be delayed if you send it to our New Mexico address during the winter.

Please be sure to PRINT BOTH PAGES and PRINT CLEARLY to avoid problems with delivery of your order. Note that your phone number & email address must be included in case there are problems with the order there is a way to contact you.

Item numbers

Please ensure you use the Item number when ordering. If you click on buttons "add to cart" the item number will come up. Since many items in our inventory are similar I MUST have an item number on all orders to ensure accuracy.

The shipping charges on the mail order form are calculated for the continental USA ONLY. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii PLEASE CONTACT ME for a quote on shipping charges.
